Refund policy

Every RollandPuff shirt is printed when you order it, just for you. Because of
that, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or for ordering
the wrong size. Please check your size before you order.

If something is wrong with your order, we'll make it right:

- The shirt arrived damaged or defective
- The print is wrong: misplaced, the wrong colors, or the wrong item
- The package never arrived

Email info@rollandpuff.com within 30 days of delivery (or of the estimated
delivery date, if it never arrived). Include your order number and a clear
photo of the problem. We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund,
whichever you prefer. You don't need to send anything back.

A note on the code: what it shows when scanned lives online and can change
over time. That's part of the design, not a defect.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10
business days to show it.
